Hello ,
My name is Cyry and i am from Spain.
I want to export a car from Belgium to Spain , and i want to know the taxes /fees of the Belgium border .
Its a vw golf 1.9 tdi - year 2005 .
Anyone can help me ? Where can i see that fees /taxes for exporting cars ?

I would suggest to check importautos.nl
They import and export many thousands of cars a year. They helped me import my car from Belgium to Holland.

As both Belgium and Spain are part of the EU, there will be no export tax in Belgium. I've never had to pay tax to import a used car in Belgium either, but not 100% about importing to Spain. I would assume it falls under the taxfree trade of goods withing the EU.

Indeed maybe no 'Exit-tax' but import tax in some form may be applicable. I paid close to 1250 euros to import the car into NL. This is a NL specific tax and there might be one in Spain as well although NL seems to be odd one out in many respects to car taxes. Best to seek help from a specialist that know the regulations. Pricing at importautos is very friendly and some advice is even free. They did the paperwork for taxes, road inspection arrangements, etc for less than 150 euro.
